(SHE/HER/HERS)

LCSW

I believe that safety and trust are the foundation of a meaningful clinician–client relationship. Having lived in and been shaped by various cultures, I deeply recognize how our social contexts influence who we are. I help clients explore the impact of external factors on their relationships and experiences while empowering them to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Embracing the idea of ongoing growth, I am committed to supporting clients in achieving meaningful change across their personal lives, relationships, and professional goals.

There is no one universal approach that works for everyone. I value tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in working with college students and adults navigating ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, cultural and identity concerns, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. I also support clients in managing stress, building more effective coping strategies, and improving emotional regulation.

My clinical approach is strength-based and collaborative, centering clients as the experts of their own lives. I draw from a variety of modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Growing up in Vietnam,  where the cultural outlook on mental health is still undermined also results in a lack of knowledge and resources, I witnessed the isolating effects of stigma and the lack of accessible mental health care. This fuels my passion for expanding awareness and accessibility—especially for those who may feel alone in their journey. Reaching out for help takes courage and is a sign of strength. I am ready and committed to learning about you, working with you, and utilizing all the knowledge and resources that I have toward positive and lasting change.
