I prioritize the importance of having a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and valued in their therapy journey. It is my belief that clients are the experts of their own selves and lived experiences, many of which have a profound impact on various aspects of self, identity, and relationships. My ultimate goal is to support you as a whole person and hold space for your lived experiences through unconditional acceptance and non-judgement, while creating a safe therapeutic environment where you can feel heard and valued.

My approach is rooted in relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed framework, striving to tailor this approach to meet the unique needs of clients through a diversified clinical orientation. I incorporate approaches from attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), and expressive arts therapy among other therapeutic modalities.  Within my clinical practice, I am dedicated to providing culturally-responsive, identity affirming care to historically marginalized individuals and communities, particularly neurodivergent, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ communities. Developing a passion to serve those navigating mental health struggles and life challenges through both lived and professional experience, I am committed to providing care for a variety of presenting issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, family and peer relationships, body image, self-esteem, and trauma and chronic stressors.

I look forward to collaboratively working with you on your therapeutic journey.
